1.1 The Beauty Bar by Phoebe operates as a home-based salon located at Phoenix House, Corseley Road, Groombridge, Kent, TN3 9RH.
1.2 All treatments are provided by fully qualified and insured professionals.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of our website and clients who book our services.
2. Booking and Appointments
2.1 Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or through social media.
2.2 A 50% deposit is required to secure most appointments.
2.3 The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment via cash, card, or other accepted payment methods.
2.4 By booking, you confirm that you meet any age or health requirements specified for the chosen treatment.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
3.1 Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
3.2 Clients who fail to attend an appointment without prior notice may be required to pay a 100% cancellation fee before booking future services.
3.3 Rescheduling an appointment is permitted once, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be offered a full refund or alternative appointment.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Clients are required to complete a consultation form before their first appointment to ensure treatments are suitable.
4.2 It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or recent treatments that could affect your service.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe to proceed.
5. Gift Cards and Promotions
5.1 Gift cards and vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
5.2 Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
5.3 Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Liability
6.1 While we strive to provide the highest level of service, The Beauty Bar by Phoebe is not liable for:
• Any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.
• Delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6.2 Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the treatment provided.

Cancellation Policy
• Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend without notice may be charged the full appointment fee.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment once, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
• Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled at our discretion.
Refund Policy
• Refunds are not available for completed treatments.
• Deposits are refundable only if you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice.
• If a product or service is found to be defective, please contact us within 7 days for an exchange or credit.
